Working With Apple Realty

Apple Realty manages rental homes and apartments around Bristol, Blountville, and Piney Flats. We regularly hire local people and crews for repairs, cleanouts, painting, landscaping, and turnover work. If you're reliable and do good work, we'd like to keep calling you.

To keep things fair and make sure everyone gets paid reliably, we run on a simple, steady system. Please read this before your first job.

Payday is Friday

Jobs finished and approved by Thursday at 5 PM are paid that Friday.

Here's how a job gets paid:

You finish the job – completely finished, not "almost done."
You email your invoice and photos to office@apple.re, with the property address, the work done, and the total.
We review and approve it by Thursday at 5 PM to make that week's payday.
We send payment Friday by direct deposit (ACH).
Your bank posts it, usually in 1–3 business days, the same as a check clearing. Neither of us controls this part.

Your first payment can take a little longer while your account gets set up.

Before your first job

Once we've agreed to work together, we'll need:

A photo ID
A completed W-9 (for year-end tax forms)
Your bank info for direct deposit. We collect this privately, never through this website.

How to get paid on time

Tell us when the job is completely finished
Email your invoice and before/after photos to office@apple.re, with the property address, the work done, and the total
Make sure your ID, W-9, and bank info are already on file

A job is complete once we've received all of the above. Invoices sent by text can't be processed.

Questions about payment

If a Friday payment hasn't shown up by the following Wednesday, email us or call the office and we'll look into it right away. Before then, it's on its way.
