We will manage the entire process:

• Placing them in the property after a thorough background check
• Preparing the paperwork
• Collecting the monthly rent

Our goal is to find long-term tenants. However, after the lease expires if the tenant doesn't renew; we'll prepare the property to be leased again and repeat the process.
