Apple Realty has provided realty services to Northeast TN and Southwest VA for over 38 years. Our office location is in Blountville, TN (the county seat of Sullivan County).

We have agents licensed in both VA and TN allowing us to service clients in both TN and VA.

Our goal — quite simply — is to help you!!

What We Do

Property Sales

We sell homes and property throughout Northeast Tennessee and Southwest Virginia including Abingdon, Blountville, Bluff City, Bristol (VA & TN), Elizabethton, Gray, Piney Flats, Johnson City, and Kingsport.

We work with buyers to find suitable property for purchase.

We stay abreast of current market trends and can quickly pinpoint properties to suite your needs. In addition to our listings, we are members of the TN–VA Regional MLS and can assist wih real estate sales anywhere in Tennessee or Virginia.

Auctions

We've been doing real estate auctions throughout the Tri-Cities since 1986. Specializing in estate, farm, home, and land auctions.

Rentals & Property Management

We manage residential & commercial/retail properties, handling advertising, tenant screening, rent collection, maintenance, etc. You name it — we probably do it!!
