Payment Options

You have three options for making payments to Apple Realty: online, by mail, or by drop-off at our office.

Online Payments

Paying Rent (Tenants)

If you're already a tenant, you can use this method to set up ACH payments (with no fees to you). Go to the tenant resources page for more info and to download the tenant app for your phone.

Sending Security Deposits

DO NOT USE THIS TO PAY RENT. Use it to send a security deposit for your rental application or when makine an offer on a home purchase. (There is a $15 transaction fee.)

By Mail or Drop Box

Please ensure your rent is received by the 5th of the month to avoid late fees. We accept Money order or cashier's checks only (no cash, please).

You can send your rent via mail or drop it off at our 24-hour drop box located at our office. Our mailing address and office location is here.
