Payment Options

You have three options for making payments to Apple Realty: online, by mail, or by drop-off at our office.

1) Online Payments

Paying Rent (Tenants)

If you're already a tenant, you can use this method to set up ACH payments (with no fees to you). Go to the tenant resources page for more info and to download the tenant app for your phone.

Sending Security Deposits

DO NOT USE THIS TO PAY RENT. Use it to send a security deposit when applying for a rental or when purchasing a home. (There is a $15 transaction fee.)

2) By Mail

Send by mail (rent has to be received by the 4th to avoid late fees). Our address is here.
NO CASH! Money order, or Cashier's Checks ONLY.

3) Drop Box @ Apple Realty

We have a 24 hour drop box at our office.
