Payment Options
You have three options for making payments to Apple Realty: online, by mail, or by drop-off at our office. Please ensure your rent is received by the 6th of the month to avoid late fees.
Online Payments
Paying Rent (Tenants)
Once set up as a tenant, you can use this method to pay your rent (with no fees to you). We also have dedicated apps for your phone or tablet available as well: .
Sending Security Deposits
DO NOT USE THIS TO PAY RENT. Use it to send a security deposit for your rental application or when makine an offer on a home purchase. (There is a $18 transaction fee.)
By Mail or Drop Box
We accept Money order or cashier's checks only (no cash, please).
You can send your rent via mail or drop it off at our 24-hour drop box located at our office. Our mailing address and office location is here.
